B U (Be Unique) group

Who are we?

The B.U. Club is an inclusive group of children led by Mrs Clark the SENDCo (Special Educational Needs Co-ordinator).

 

We meet at least once a half term on a Tuesday/Wednesday lunch time, to celebrate the differences within our school, community and the wider world.

 

We named the group B.U. following discussions about being unique and being yourself.

 

Last term we planned and celebrated our first assembly together, that focused on A.D.H.D.

 

This term we have welcomed new members. We have had our first meeting and have agreed to plan and prepare an assembly for the whole school to celebrate Dyslexia Awareness Day. It will take place on Tuesday 8th October 2024 at 9:00am in the school hall. All welcome.
