Eco Army
Our Eco Army was inspired by some of the children of Holy Family who were passionate about finding different ways in which we can reduce our carbon footprint.
The children met with Mrs Davison and Mrs Holland to discuss their thoughts and ideas, at which point the Eco Army was established.
The Eco Army meets every two weeks to discuss what we can do as a school to have an impact on our environment.
Litter Picking Fun!
Today Year 3 visited Worthington Park to take part in a litter pick alongside members of Trafford Council.
We used litter pickers and worked in teams to clean up as much as we could.

The Big Battery Hunt
Holy Family's Eco Army are going battery mad!
We have joined the Big Battery Hunt and are collecting as many batteries as we can to be recycled. Each of the children have taken home a small battery box and school have large collection tubs in the office too.
