Curriculum Impact
Impact
At Holy Family, Senior Leaders and Subject Leaders monitor the curriculum throughout the year to measure the impact of curriculum design. Curriculum teams monitor individual subjects: reviewing learning by carrying out learning walks, providing individual and whole staff feedback to move practice forward, evaluating pupil voice, celebrating positives and highlighting areas of development. Whole school training allows us to work together to reflect upon our curriculum and share outcomes driving forward next steps. Learning is measured through analysis of knowledge and application of skills within and across the curriculum.
