If you wish to apply for a place at Holy Family Catholic Primary School, please register your child's details with the school on the supplementary form provided by the school, (a copy is available below)
You must also complete a Trafford application, if you are a Trafford resident, on the online system at www.trafford.gov.uk. or a hard copy is available on request from Trafford School Admissions.
Our Admissions Policy is available to view at the bottom of this page and you can download an application form below as well. The application form must be returned to school with proof of your address - this needs to be less than 3 months old.
